ABOUT ME
My name is Rosalie Warren (known in real life as Sheila Glasbey). I've been writing for most of my life, but my first novel was published in 2008.
I took early retirement in 2006 from my post as a university lecturer and researcher in AI and Computer Science. Since then, I've been focusing on my writing and editing.
I write books in a range of genres and for a variety of ages. One day, maybe, I will make up my mind. Or perhaps not!
My latest venture is science fiction - a novel for adults called Lena's Nest, which will be available very shortly (summer 2015). I'm on the lookout for early readers, so if you are willing to write a review and would like a free pre-publication copy, please let me know and I will be delighted to send you one.
As well as writing my own books, I am a qualified proofreader and an experienced editor of both fiction and non-fiction (including scientific and technical work). I also provide critiques, rewrites and ghostwriting, all at affordable prices. For more details, see my website at Affordable Editing.
I have two grown-up children and live with my partner Paul in Coventry, UK. I also love to spend time by the sea in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
I always enjoy hearing from my readers, so please do get in touch, using the contact form here or on Twitter @Ros_Warren.
